WebSideHolidays.com is a space for travelers who are looking for an alternative to traditional accommodation solutions, and is also available to owners who wish to offer these travelers quality accommodations.

In order to fully take advantage of the Webside Holidays experience, we've drawn a code of conduct based on mutual respect and commitment, which we ask you to sign up to.

You're an owner

You pledge to publish an ad that accurately describes your property

You write your ad using the forms that we make available to you. You are responsible for the content: the information you provide must reflect reality. Don't hesitate to provide a lot of detail in your ad to make it more attractive and help future tenants make their choice. For example, you can upload several photos of your property and of the surrounding area.

You pledge to update your ad regularly

Check the information available online to make sure that it is still valid. We ask you in particular to keep the availability calendar up to date for each of your properties as well as the rental prices.

You pledge to answer users' questions promptly

Future renters will contact you to obtain further information about your property and, of course, to reserve their stay. You must answer them as soon as possible so that they can plan their next vacation without any hassles.

You pledge to provide quality service

The accommodations you offer must be clean and in good condition. Make sure the appliances inside are in working order (refrigerator, microwave, heating units, A/C, TV, etc.) We encourage you to keep their instruction manuals and make them available to your renters.

You must be able to respond to questions or difficulties encountered by your renters during their stay. So don't hesitate to prepare a list of useful contacts for them and possibly provide them with the contact information of a person they can call once they're on site.

You pledge to provide correct information

All of the personal data you provide, when you register with Webside Holidays as well as when you communicate with owners, must reflect your actual situation.

You pledge to keep the owner informed.

Any changes regarding your vacation rental must be communicated as soon as possible to the owner, especially in case of cancellation.

You pledge to abide by the agreed upon terms

In order for the transaction to proceed under the best possible conditions, it's very important that you abide by the payment deadlines agreed upon with the owner: safety deposit, down payment, payment of the remaining balance, etc.

Once you're there...

You pledge to take good care of the rental property

The vacation rental is a bit like your own home during the length of your stay. So take care of it. Make sure you keep it clean, take care of the appliances and furniture, and don't disturb the neighbors.

You pledge to respect the owners' guidelines

Pets are not allowed in the rental? Then leave your best friend with friends or family while you're away. The rental is non-smoking? Remember to go outside when lighting up a cigarette. A trust-based relationship with the owner guarantees a hassle-free vacation.

But don't forget the most important pledge.... enjoy your vacation to the fullest!

The content of the Webside Holidays platform is available in nine languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Italian). The published ads are also translated into these same languages. Webside Holidays thus lets you get in touch with visitors from all over the world.

Webside Holidays is neither a representative of nor a middleman for real estate agencies. Our job is to put owners and renters in touch thanks to our web hosting service for vacation rental ads.

Future renters contact owners directly. We don't charge a commission for putting you in touch, nor for making a reservation.
